How to Send Quform Submissions to Maropost

Maropost is a marketing automation platform. Quform makes it easy to build WordPress forms. Maropost is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your forms to marketing automation, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Quform installed and at least one form.
• A Maropost account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Maropost to AFI

1. Log in to your Maropost account.
2. Copy your Account ID and API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Maropost.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quform to Maropost.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quform as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Maropost as the destination

Choose Maropost from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Maropost.

4. Map fields

Match each Maropost field on the left to the corresponding Quform field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Quform form and submit. Check Maropost to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Do I need coding skills?
