How to Send Quform Submissions to Greenhouse

Greenhouse is a recruiting platform. Quform makes it easy to build WordPress forms. Greenhouse is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why not just use Zapier?

For connecting your forms to recruiting, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Quform installed and at least one form.
• A Greenhouse account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Greenhouse to AFI

Greenhouse uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Greenhouse, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quform to Greenhouse.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quform as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Greenhouse as the destination

Choose Greenhouse from the platform dropdown and pick Add Candidate. This adds a candidate in Greenhouse.

4. Map fields

Match each Greenhouse field on the left to the corresponding Quform field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Quform form and submit. Check Greenhouse to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Do I need coding skills?

No. Everything is configured through a visual interface, including field mapping.

Yes. Create a separate integration for each form, or send one form to multiple platforms.
