How to Send Quform Submissions to Follow Up Boss

Follow Up Boss is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Quform submission should flow into Follow Up Boss automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Quform installed and at least one form.
• A Follow Up Boss account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Follow Up Boss to AFI

1. Log in to your Follow Up Boss account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Follow Up Boss.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Quform to Follow Up Boss.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Quform as the form provider and choose the form you want to connect. AFI detects the fields automatically.

3. Select Follow Up Boss as the destination

Choose Follow Up Boss from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Follow Up Boss.

4. Map fields

Match each Follow Up Boss field on the left to the corresponding Quform field on the right. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}} and {{utm_source}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain submissions? Set up a conditional rule based on any form field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Fill out your Quform form and submit. Check Follow Up Boss to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
