How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Zoho Meeting

Zoho Meeting is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Every Fluent Affiliate an affiliate registers or a referral is generated should flow into Zoho Meeting automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Zoho Meeting account.

Connect Zoho Meeting to AFI

Zoho Meeting uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Meeting, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Zoho Meeting.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Zoho Meeting as the destination

Choose Zoho Meeting from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a Zoho Meeting webinar.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Meeting field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Zoho Meeting to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
