How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Real Geeks
Real Geeks is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Getting Fluent Affiliate data into Real Geeks does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to real estate CRM. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
- A Real Geeks account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Real Geeks to AFI
Real Geeks uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Real Geeks, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Real Geeks.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.
3. Select Real Geeks as the destination
Choose Real Geeks from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in Real Geeks.
4. Map fields
Match each Real Geeks field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Real Geeks to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Real Geeks with unlimited referrals. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-referral fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Fluent Affiliate events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated. This covers new affiliate registrations, referral creations, and commission status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the affiliate event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send affiliate data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
