How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Outreach

Outreach is a sales engagement platform. Fluent Affiliate tracks an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Outreach.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Outreach account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Outreach to AFI

1. Log in to your Outreach account.
2. Go to Settings → API and generate an API token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Outreach.
4. Paste the token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Outreach.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Outreach as the destination

Choose Outreach from the platform dropdown and pick Add Prospect. This creates a prospect in Outreach.

4. Map fields

Match each Outreach field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Outreach to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
