How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to LocaliQ
LocaliQ is a lead management platform. Fluent Affiliate tracks an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to LocaliQ.
Why not just use Zapier?
For connecting your affiliate program to lead management, a cloud automation service adds cost and a dependency on an external server. AFI runs on your site with no task limits.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
- A LocaliQ account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect LocaliQ to AFI
- Ask your LocaliQ account team for a Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → LocaliQ.
- Paste the Lead Intake URL and Bearer token.
- Click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to LocaliQ.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.
3. Select LocaliQ as the destination
Choose LocaliQ from the platform dropdown and pick Submit Lead. This submits a lead to your LocaliQ intake URL.
4. Map fields
Match each LocaliQ field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check LocaliQ to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email, phone, first name, and last name to LocaliQ with unlimited referrals. Pro adds campaign ID and message field. No per-referral fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Fluent Affiliate events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated. This covers new affiliate registrations, referral creations, and commission status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the affiliate event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send affiliate data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
