How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to GoToWebinar

GoToWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Fluent Affiliate runs your affiliate program on WordPress. GoToWebinar is where your affiliate data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A GoToWebinar account.

Connect GoToWebinar to AFI

GoToWebinar uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → GoToWebinar, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to GoToWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select GoToWebinar as the destination

Choose GoToWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for a GoToWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each GoToWebinar field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check GoToWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
