How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to Freshsales

Freshsales is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every Fluent Affiliate an affiliate registers or a referral is generated should flow into Freshsales automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A Freshsales account.

Connect Freshsales to AFI

1. Log in to your Freshsales account.
2. Copy your Subdomain and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Freshsales.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to Freshsales.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Freshsales as the destination

Choose Freshsales from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in Freshsales.

4. Map fields

Match each Freshsales field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check Freshsales to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
