How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to EverWebinar

EverWebinar is a webinar platform for hosting online events and sessions. Fluent Affiliate runs your affiliate program on WordPress. EverWebinar is where your affiliate data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Why connect directly?

What you will need

• A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
• A EverWebinar account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect EverWebinar to AFI

1. Log in to your EverWebinar account.
2. Copy your API Token from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → EverWebinar.
4. Paste the Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to EverWebinar.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select EverWebinar as the destination

Choose EverWebinar from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Webinar. This registers a contact for an EverWebinar session.

4. Map fields

Match each EverWebinar field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check EverWebinar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
