How to Send Fluent Affiliate Data to AddCalendar
AddCalendar is a calendar platform. Here is how to pipe Fluent Affiliate affiliate data straight into AddCalendar using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to calendar. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Fluent Affiliate installed and configured.
- A AddCalendar account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect AddCalendar to AFI
- Get your AddCalendar API Key from your account settings.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → AddCalendar.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Fluent Affiliate to AddCalendar.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Fluent Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.
3. Select AddCalendar as the destination
Choose AddCalendar from the platform dropdown and pick Add Event. This creates an event in AddCalendar.
4. Map fields
Match each AddCalendar field on the left to the corresponding Fluent Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Fluent Affiliate. Check AddCalendar to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps title, date, and description to AddCalendar with unlimited referrals. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-referral fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Fluent Affiliate events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is generated. This covers new affiliate registrations, referral creations, and commission status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the affiliate event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send affiliate data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
