How to Send SliceWP Data to Mailercloud

Mailercloud is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe SliceWP affiliate data straight into Mailercloud using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

What you will need

Connect Mailercloud to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailercloud account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailercloud.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to Mailercloud.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Mailercloud as the destination

Choose Mailercloud from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Mailercloud.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailercloud field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check Mailercloud to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
