How to Send SliceWP Data to Kirim.Email
Kirim.Email is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe SliceWP affiliate data straight into Kirim.Email using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
The direct approach
AFI delivers affiliate and referral data straight from WordPress to Kirim.Email. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with SliceWP installed and configured.
- A Kirim.Email account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Kirim.Email to AFI
- Log in to your Kirim.Email account.
- Copy your API Key from settings.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Kirim.Email.
- Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to Kirim.Email.
2. Pick your trigger
Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.
3. Select Kirim.Email as the destination
Choose Kirim.Email from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Kirim.Email.
4. Map fields
Match each Kirim.Email field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check Kirim.Email to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps email and name to Kirim.Email with unlimited referrals. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-referral fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which SliceWP events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded. This covers new affiliate registrations, referral creations, and commission status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the affiliate event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send affiliate data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
