How to Send SliceWP Data to Keap

Keap is a CRM and automation that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want SliceWP an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded synced to Keap, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SliceWP installed and configured.
• A Keap account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Keap to AFI

Keap uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Keap, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to Keap.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Keap as the destination

Choose Keap from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates or updates a contact in Keap.

4. Map fields

Match each Keap field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check Keap to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
