How to Send SliceWP Data to mailchef

mailchef is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. SliceWP runs your affiliate program on WordPress. mailchef is where your affiliate data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect mailchef to AFI

mailchef uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → mailchef, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to mailchef.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select mailchef as the destination

Choose mailchef from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to mailchef.

4. Map fields

Match each mailchef field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check mailchef to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
