How to Send SliceWP Data to DealMachine

DealMachine is a real estate CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. SliceWP runs your affiliate program on WordPress. DealMachine is where your affiliate data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with SliceWP installed and configured.
• A DealMachine account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect DealMachine to AFI

1. Log in to your DealMachine account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → DealMachine.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it SliceWP to DealMachine.

2. Pick your trigger

Select SliceWP as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a commission is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select DealMachine as the destination

Choose DealMachine from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This creates a lead in DealMachine.

4. Map fields

Match each DealMachine field on the left to the corresponding SliceWP field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in SliceWP. Check DealMachine to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
