How to Send Easy Affiliate Data to Vtiger

Connect Vtiger to AFI

1. Get your Vtiger URL, username, and Access Key.
2. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Vtiger.
3. Enter the URL, username, and Access Key.
4. Click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Easy Affiliate to Vtiger.

2. Pick your trigger

Select Easy Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.

3. Select Vtiger as the destination

Choose Vtiger from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Vtiger.

4. Map fields

Match each Vtiger field on the left to the corresponding Easy Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Easy Affiliate. Check Vtiger to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
