How to Send Easy Affiliate Data to Quickbase
Quickbase is a database platform. Every Easy Affiliate an affiliate registers or a referral is recorded should flow into Quickbase automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to database. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with Easy Affiliate installed and configured.
- A Quickbase account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Quickbase to AFI
- Get your Quickbase Realm Hostname and User Token.

- Enter the hostname and token.
- Click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it Easy Affiliate to Quickbase.
2. Pick your trigger
Select Easy Affiliate as the form provider. AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is recorded, giving you access to affiliate details, referral amounts, and commission data.
3. Select Quickbase as the destination
Choose Quickbase from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Quickbase.
4. Map fields
Match each Quickbase field on the left to the corresponding Easy Affiliate field on the right. Common mappings include affiliate name, email, referral ID, commission amount, and status. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain referrals? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test event in Easy Affiliate. Check Quickbase to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps standard table fields to Quickbase with unlimited referrals. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-referral fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which Easy Affiliate events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when an affiliate registers or a referral is recorded. This covers new affiliate registrations, referral creations, and commission status changes.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the affiliate event completes. Your site performance is not affected.
Can I send affiliate data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
