How to Send PeepSo Data to Zoho Subscriptions
Zoho Subscriptions is a billing platform. Getting PeepSo data into Zoho Subscriptions does not require external tools. Advanced Form Integration handles it natively, and this guide covers every step.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to billing. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with PeepSo installed and configured.
- A Zoho Subscriptions account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Zoho Subscriptions to AFI
Zoho Subscriptions uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho Subscriptions, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it PeepSo to Zoho Subscriptions.
2. Pick your trigger
Select PeepSo as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.
3. Select Zoho Subscriptions as the destination
Choose Zoho Subscriptions from the platform dropdown and pick Add Customer. This creates a customer in Zoho Subscriptions.
4. Map fields
Match each Zoho Subscriptions field on the left to the corresponding PeepSo field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group in PeepSo. Check Zoho Subscriptions to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name and email to Zoho Subscriptions with unlimited events. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-event fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which PeepSo events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group. This covers member registrations, profile updates, and group joins.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the community event completes. Your members are not affected.
Can I send member data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
