How to Send PeepSo Data to Trello

Trello is a project management tool for organizing work and collaborating. PeepSo manages a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Trello.

Connect Trello to AFI

1. Go to trello.com/1/appKey to get your API Key.
2. Authorize and get your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Trello.
4. Enter the API Key and Token, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it PeepSo to Trello.

2. Pick your trigger

Select PeepSo as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Trello as the destination

Choose Trello from the platform dropdown and pick Create Card. This creates a card on a Trello board.

4. Map fields

Match each Trello field on the left to the corresponding PeepSo field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group in PeepSo. Check Trello to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
