Planhat is a customer success platform. Every PeepSo a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group should flow into Planhat automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers member and activity data straight from WordPress to Planhat. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

  • A WordPress site with PeepSo installed and configured.
  • A Planhat account.
  • The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Planhat to AFI

  1. Log in to your Planhat account.
  2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
  3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Planhat.
  4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it PeepSo to Planhat.

2. Pick your trigger

Select PeepSo as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Planhat as the destination

Choose Planhat from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Planhat.

4. Map fields

Match each Planhat field on the left to the corresponding PeepSo field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group in PeepSo. Check Planhat to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.

Free vs Pro

The free version maps email, name, and company to Planhat with unlimited events. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-event fees on any plan.

Frequently asked questions

Which PeepSo events trigger the integration?

AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group. This covers member registrations, profile updates, and group joins.

Will adding this slow down my site?

No. AFI sends data to the destination after the community event completes. Your members are not affected.

Can I send member data to multiple platforms?

Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
