How to Send PeepSo Data to Instantly

Instantly is a cold email platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. PeepSo manages a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Instantly.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with PeepSo installed and configured.
• A Instantly account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Instantly to AFI

1. Log in to your Instantly account.
2. Copy your API Key from settings.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Instantly.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it PeepSo to Instantly.

2. Pick your trigger

Select PeepSo as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Instantly as the destination

Choose Instantly from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead to Instantly.

4. Map fields

Match each Instantly field on the left to the corresponding PeepSo field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, posts an activity, or joins a group in PeepSo. Check Instantly to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
