How to Send BuddyPress Data to Breeze ChMS
Breeze ChMS is a church management platform. Here is how to pipe BuddyPress data straight into Breeze ChMS using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to church management. No task meter, no monthly bill.

Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyPress to Breeze ChMS.
2. Pick your trigger
Select BuddyPress as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.
3. Select Breeze ChMS as the destination
Choose Breeze ChMS from the platform dropdown and pick Add Person. This creates a person in Breeze ChMS.
4. Map fields
Match each Breeze ChMS field on the left to the corresponding BuddyPress field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyPress. Check Breeze ChMS to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and phone to Breeze ChMS with unlimited events. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-event fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which BuddyPress events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group. This covers member registrations, profile updates, and group joins.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the community event completes. Your members are not affected.
Can I send member data to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every event flows to all of them simultaneously.
