Connect Zoho Invoice to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Zoho Invoice.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Zoho Invoice as the destination

Choose Zoho Invoice from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Zoho Invoice.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho Invoice field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test
