How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Mailify

Connect Mailify to AFI

1. Log in to your Mailify account.
2. Copy your Account Number and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Mailify.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Mailify.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Mailify as the destination

Choose Mailify from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Mailify.

4. Map fields

Match each Mailify field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Mailify to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
