How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Encompass (ICE Mortgage)

Connect Encompass (ICE Mortgage) to AFI

Encompass (ICE Mortgage) uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Encompass (ICE Mortgage), click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Encompass (ICE Mortgage).

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Encompass (ICE Mortgage) as the destination

Choose Encompass (ICE Mortgage) from the platform dropdown and pick Create Loan. This creates a loan file in Encompass.

4. Map fields

Match each Encompass (ICE Mortgage) field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Encompass (ICE Mortgage) to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
