How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Emma

Emma is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Every BuddyBoss a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group should flow into Emma automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

Connect Emma to AFI

Emma uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Emma, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Emma.

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select Emma as the destination

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Emma to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
