How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Audienceful

Audienceful is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. Here is how to pipe BuddyBoss data straight into Audienceful using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Audienceful to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Audienceful.

3. Select Audienceful as the destination

4. Map fields

Match each Audienceful field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Audienceful to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
