How to Send BuddyBoss Data to Aircall

Connect Aircall to AFI

1. Log in to your Aircall dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API ID and Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Aircall.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it BuddyBoss to Aircall.

2. Pick your trigger

Select BuddyBoss as the form provider. AFI fires when a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group, giving you access to member details, profile fields, and activity data.

3. Select Aircall as the destination

Choose Aircall from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Aircall.

4. Map fields

Match each Aircall field on the left to the corresponding BuddyBoss field on the right. Common mappings include member name, email, profile data, and activity type. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain activities? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Trigger a test a member registers, updates their profile, or joins a group in BuddyBoss. Check Aircall to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
