How to Send TutorLMS Enrollments to Quickbase
Quickbase is a database platform. Every TutorLMS enrollment should flow into Quickbase automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.
Skip the automation middleman
Rather than routing data through a third-party cloud, AFI sends it directly from your WordPress server to database. No task meter, no monthly bill.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with TutorLMS installed and at least one course.
- A Quickbase account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Quickbase to AFI
- Get your Quickbase Realm Hostname and User Token.
- In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Quickbase.
- Enter the hostname and token.
- Click Save.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it TutorLMS to Quickbase.
2. Pick your trigger
Select TutorLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a quiz, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.
3. Select Quickbase as the destination
Choose Quickbase from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Quickbase.
4. Map fields
Match each Quickbase field on the left to the corresponding TutorLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in TutorLMS. Check Quickbase to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps standard table fields to Quickbase with unlimited enrollments. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-enrollment fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which TutorLMS events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a quiz. This covers new enrollments, course completions, and student registrations.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the enrollment event completes. Your students are not affected.
Can I send enrollments to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every enrollment flows to all of them simultaneously.
