How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Zoho FSM

Zoho FSM is a field service management platform. Here is how to pipe LifterLMS data straight into Zoho FSM using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Zoho FSM to AFI

Zoho FSM uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zoho FSM, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Zoho FSM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Zoho FSM as the destination

Choose Zoho FSM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Request. This creates a request in Zoho FSM.

4. Map fields

Match each Zoho FSM field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Zoho FSM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
