How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Woodpecker

Woodpecker is a platform platform. Here is how to pipe LifterLMS data straight into Woodpecker using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Connect Woodpecker to AFI

Woodpecker uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Woodpecker, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Woodpecker.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Woodpecker as the destination

Choose Woodpecker from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Woodpecker.

4. Map fields

Match each Woodpecker field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Woodpecker to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
