How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Sales.Rocks
Sales.Rocks is a sales intelligence platform. Here is how to pipe LifterLMS data straight into Sales.Rocks using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.
The direct approach
AFI delivers enrollment and course data straight from WordPress to Sales.Rocks. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.
What you will need
- A WordPress site with LifterLMS installed and at least one course.
- A Sales.Rocks account.
- The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).
Connect Sales.Rocks to AFI
Sales.Rocks uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Sales.Rocks, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.
Setting up the integration
1. Create a new integration
Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Sales.Rocks.
2. Pick your trigger
Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.
3. Select Sales.Rocks as the destination
Choose Sales.Rocks from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead in Sales.Rocks.
4. Map fields
Match each Sales.Rocks field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.
5. Add conditions if needed
Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.
6. Save and test
Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Sales.Rocks to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
Free vs Pro
The free version maps name, email, and company to Sales.Rocks with unlimited enrollments. Pro adds custom field mapping. No per-enrollment fees on any plan.
Frequently asked questions
Which LifterLMS events trigger the integration?
AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership. This covers new enrollments, course completions, and student registrations.
Will adding this slow down my site?
No. AFI sends data to the destination after the enrollment event completes. Your students are not affected.
Can I send enrollments to multiple platforms?
Yes. Create a separate integration for each destination, and every enrollment flows to all of them simultaneously.
