How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Nimble

Nimble is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every LifterLMS enrollment should flow into Nimble automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LifterLMS installed and at least one course.
• A Nimble account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Nimble to AFI

1. Log in to your Nimble account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Nimble.
4. Paste the API Token and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Nimble.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Nimble as the destination

Choose Nimble from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Nimble.

4. Map fields

Match each Nimble field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Nimble to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
