How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Jobber

Jobber is a field service management platform. Every LifterLMS enrollment should flow into Jobber automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LifterLMS installed and at least one course.
• A Jobber account.

Connect Jobber to AFI

1. Log in to your Jobber account.
2. Go to Settings → API to get your API credentials.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Jobber.
4. Enter your credentials and authorize the connection.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Jobber.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Jobber as the destination

Choose Jobber from the platform dropdown and pick Create Client. This creates a client in Jobber.

4. Map fields

Match each Jobber field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Jobber to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
