How to Send LifterLMS Enrollments to Campaigner

Campaigner is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. LifterLMS manages a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to Campaigner.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LifterLMS installed and at least one course.
• A Campaigner account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Campaigner to AFI

1. Log in to your Campaigner account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Campaigner.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LifterLMS to Campaigner.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LifterLMS as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or purchases a membership, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Campaigner as the destination

Choose Campaigner from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Campaigner.

4. Map fields

Match each Campaigner field on the left to the corresponding LifterLMS field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LifterLMS. Check Campaigner to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
