How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Zapier

Zapier is a automation platform. Every LearnDash enrollment should flow into Zapier automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Connect Zapier to AFI

Zapier uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Zapier, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Zapier.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Zapier as the destination

Choose Zapier from the platform dropdown and pick Send Webhook. This triggers a Zapier webhook.

4. Map fields

Match each Zapier field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Zapier to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
