How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to SuiteDash

SuiteDash is a business management platform. LearnDash manages a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, but sending that data to external platforms needs an integration. AFI bridges that gap to SuiteDash.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.

Connect SuiteDash to AFI

1. In SuiteDash, go to Profile → Integrations → SECURE API.
2. Copy your Public ID and generate a Secret Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → SuiteDash.
4. Enter the Public ID and Secret Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to SuiteDash.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select SuiteDash as the destination

Choose SuiteDash from the platform dropdown and pick Add Company and Contact. This creates a company and linked contact in SuiteDash.

4. Map fields

Match each SuiteDash field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check SuiteDash to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
