How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Sendlane

Sendlane is a email marketing platform for managing subscribers and campaigns. If you want LearnDash data in Sendlane, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

What you will need

Connect Sendlane to AFI

1. Log in to your Sendlane account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key and Hash.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Sendlane.
4. Enter the API Key, Hash, and subdomain, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Sendlane.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Sendlane as the destination

Choose Sendlane from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Sendlane.

4. Map fields

Match each Sendlane field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Sendlane to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
