How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Sales.Rocks

Connect Sales.Rocks to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Sales.Rocks.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Sales.Rocks as the destination

Choose Sales.Rocks from the platform dropdown and pick Add Lead. This adds a lead in Sales.Rocks.

4. Map fields

Match each Sales.Rocks field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Sales.Rocks to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
