Connect Practice Better to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

2. Pick your trigger

3. Select Practice Better as the destination

Choose Practice Better from the platform dropdown and pick Add Client. This creates a client in Practice Better.

4. Map fields

Match each Practice Better field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Practice Better to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
