How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to ON24

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.

Connect ON24 to AFI

1. Log in to your ON24 account.
2. Go to Settings → API and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → ON24.
4. Paste the API Key and Client Key, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to ON24.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select ON24 as the destination

Choose ON24 from the platform dropdown and pick Register for Event. This registers a contact for an ON24 event.

4. Map fields

Match each ON24 field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check ON24 to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
