How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Moneybird

Moneybird is an invoicing and accounting platform for managing finances. Every LearnDash enrollment should flow into Moneybird automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

Skip the automation middleman

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.
• A Moneybird account.

Connect Moneybird to AFI

1. Log in to your Moneybird account.
2. Go to Settings → API and create an API token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Moneybird.
4. Enter the Administration ID and API token, then click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Moneybird.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Moneybird as the destination

Choose Moneybird from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Moneybird.

4. Map fields

Match each Moneybird field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Moneybird to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
