How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Maropost

Maropost is a marketing automation platform. Here is how to pipe LearnDash data straight into Maropost using Advanced Form Integration. The setup takes about five minutes and runs entirely on your own server.

Skip the automation middleman

Connect Maropost to AFI

1. Log in to your Maropost account.
2. Copy your Account ID and API Token.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Maropost.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Maropost.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Maropost as the destination

Choose Maropost from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This adds a contact to Maropost.

4. Map fields

Match each Maropost field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Maropost to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
