How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Liondesk

Connect Liondesk to AFI

Liondesk uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Liondesk, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Liondesk.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Liondesk as the destination

Choose Liondesk from the platform dropdown and pick Add Record. This creates a record in Liondesk.

4. Map fields

Match each Liondesk field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Liondesk to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
