How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Jetpack CRM

Jetpack CRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want LearnDash data in Jetpack CRM, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Jetpack CRM to AFI

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Jetpack CRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Jetpack CRM as the destination

Choose Jetpack CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Add Contact. This creates a contact in Jetpack CRM.

4. Map fields

Match each Jetpack CRM field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Jetpack CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
