How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Freshsales

Freshsales is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. Every LearnDash enrollment should flow into Freshsales automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.
• A Freshsales account.

Connect Freshsales to AFI

1. Log in to your Freshsales account.
2. Copy your Subdomain and API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Freshsales.
4. Enter the credentials and click Save.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Freshsales.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Freshsales as the destination

Choose Freshsales from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in Freshsales.

4. Map fields

Match each Freshsales field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Freshsales to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
