How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Encompass (ICE Mortgage)

Encompass (ICE Mortgage) is a mortgage platform. LearnDash handles a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson on your WordPress site. Encompass (ICE Mortgage) is where that data needs to go. Here is how to connect them without Zapier or code.

Connect Encompass (ICE Mortgage) to AFI

Encompass (ICE Mortgage) uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Encompass (ICE Mortgage), click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Encompass (ICE Mortgage).

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Encompass (ICE Mortgage) as the destination

Choose Encompass (ICE Mortgage) from the platform dropdown and pick Create Loan. This creates a loan file in Encompass.

4. Map fields

Match each Encompass (ICE Mortgage) field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Encompass (ICE Mortgage) to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
