How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Curated

Curated is a newsletter platform platform. Every LearnDash enrollment should flow into Curated automatically. This guide shows how to set that up in five minutes.

The direct approach

AFI delivers enrollment and course data straight from WordPress to Curated. No third-party cloud, no per-task fees, and every request is logged for troubleshooting.

What you will need

• A WordPress site with LearnDash installed and at least one course.
• A Curated account.
• The Advanced Form Integration plugin (free from WordPress.org).

Connect Curated to AFI

Curated uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. In AFI → Settings → Curated, click Authorize and grant access. This is a one-time step.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Curated.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Curated as the destination

Choose Curated from the platform dropdown and pick Add Subscriber. This adds a subscriber to Curated.

4. Map fields

Match each Curated field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Curated to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
