How to Send LearnDash Enrollments to Close CRM

Close CRM is a CRM that helps you manage contacts and track interactions. If you want LearnDash data in Close CRM, you could pay for a cloud automation service. Or you could do it directly from WordPress. This is the direct route.

Connect Close CRM to AFI

1. Log in to your Close CRM account.
2. Go to Settings → API Keys and copy your API Key.
3. In WordPress, go to AFI → Settings → Close CRM.
4. Paste the API Key and click Save Changes.

Setting up the integration

1. Create a new integration

Go to AFI → Add New. Name it LearnDash to Close CRM.

2. Pick your trigger

Select LearnDash as the form provider. AFI fires when a student enrolls in a course or completes a lesson, giving you access to student details, course information, and enrollment data.

3. Select Close CRM as the destination

Choose Close CRM from the platform dropdown and pick Create Lead. This creates a lead in Close CRM.

4. Map fields

Match each Close CRM field on the left to the corresponding LearnDash field on the right. Common mappings include student name, email, course title, and enrollment date. You can also use smart tags like {{_submission_date}}.

5. Add conditions if needed

Only want to send certain enrollments? Set up a conditional rule based on any field value.

6. Save and test

Click Save Integration. Complete a test enrollment in LearnDash. Check Close CRM to confirm the data arrived. If anything looks wrong, open AFI → Log to see the exact request and response.
